What is Neighbors?
Neighbors is a little paper big on community. It’s a monthly publication that is a labor of love for one publisher and a volunteer collective of writers and creative artists dedicated to the print medium and community service. It is free and distributed widely across our region and also online in color.
Neighbors en Espanol?
I am trying to raise funds to expand Neighbors to include pages in Spanish! Publisher Tom King is open to this idea – thank you Tom – but he needs to cover publishing and printing costs to make this new and unique opportunity stable and sustainable. We are reaching out to creative people of all ages and interests to help us build a new print-based platform to serve our Latino-Hispanic communities. We can do this and there is a real need.
All are welcome! Writers, journalists, graphic designers, photographers, storytellers, and anyone creating potential content in Spanish can potentially contribute to this effort. Contact me directly via email at john@humanartsmedia.com or contact Tom at neighborspaper@yahoo.com. Sponsors are welcome!
